Extra information for those who have register and ready to play

- When you created your account, in the account feature you have choice of TBC and WoW. What it means simply whether you have installed the Burning Crusade (TBC) or not. If you have, choose TBC, if you haven't choose WoW. My advice would be to install TBC as the most people on this server play on the new content. Make sure it's patched to the level that is supported by this server

- The actual game or client can be downloaded from many places. I'm sorry that I cannot provide you with the actual as the is close to 5GB.
You can download the client by registering for trial account at Blizzard's website then for TBC content, you can download it from somewhere else.
You can as well copy the entire folder of c:\Program Files\World of Warcraft, burn it into DVD and dump it into your computer. Don't forget to change the realmlist.wtf file
so you can connect properly. You can try downloading the client using http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/downloads/files/pc/wowclient-downloader.exe
I think it's without TBC content so you probably would need to download TBC from somewhere else

- After you registered your account, you need to change 1 file in your computer. Look for a file called realmlist.wtf in your WoW folder (normally in C:\Program Files\World Of Warcraft\Data\enUS).
Open the file using notepad or worpad. Usually the content of the file look like the following,
-----------------------------
set realmlist eu.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist eu.version.worldofwarcraft.com
-----------------------------

You need to replace the first line to realmlist blackcatps.game-host.org and delete the 2nd line so the content of the file now look lik below,
-----------------------------
set realmlist blackcatps.game-host.org
-----------------------------

After that simply save the file and quit from notepad/wordpad. That's all you need to do Smile now simply double click on WoW.exe and you're good to go.

----------------------------------------------------------
Things to note:
- If you are stuck while logging in the "Connecting" screen, click Cancel. You will be asked to choose your realm. You can choose anything you want since there's only 1 realm anyway (BlackCat)

- Escort quest is still broken so don't take any quests that requires you to escort someone or something. The engine don't have support for that kind of quests, I apologise for that.

- use the command .bank to access your bank so you don't have to walk back and forth to the bank simply use the .bank command

- VERY IMPORTANT!! For those who use windows client, please change your shortcut from launcher.exe to Wow.exe. This is to prevent your client updating itself to the newest version. The reason is that no PS server can catch up to patch releases immediately after official release. So remember to change your shortcut from C:\Program Files\World Of Warcraft\Launcher.exe to C:\Program Files\World Of Warcraft\WoW.exe. If you got updated to a higher version that we don't support there is a way to reverse it but it's quite trouble some to reverse it back.
