Spawn Key vendor for all of your key and attunement stuff

Core updated to rev 6382 (client ver 2.4.3 - please update). Biggest improvement to this core, instance system. This mean for raid instances, it will get saved properly and you can switch to heroic and normal mode from your interface. You can also reset instance from your interface. DB people have to catch up with mobs and loots for heroic so please be patient.

Core patch 2.4.3 is only for client compatibility at the moment, DB and AI script people have to catch up so if you don't see us implementing one of the many changes in 2.4.3, please be patient.
